For the individual
One-to-one work with students and with adults — coaching to build specific capabilities, counselling to work through what is in the way, and the judgement to know which a session needs.
The distinction we hold
Coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented — building particular capabilities and habits. Counsellinggives structured space to work through what is getting in the way. Many engagements move between the two as needs change; we are explicit about which mode a session is in, so the work stays honest.
Sessions are unhurried. They begin with listening, and continue only while they are useful — there is no fixed package to complete.
Students
One-to-one work on communication, confidence, self-awareness, relationships, and the transition into higher study or first work. The aim is not to produce a more polished performance but a young person who understands themselves a little better and can adjust their own course.
Where a school engages us, this work is designed alongside its wider student-development and counselling provision rather than bolted on.
Warm, respectful photo of a one-to-one conversation — two people, comfortable setting, natural light. Reads as a genuine conversation, not a therapy stock cliché.

Adults
One-to-one coaching for adults in or moving into leadership roles — focused on the three things our training addresses too: how a person frames a problem, how they work through others, and how they convert intent into result. Confidential, practical, and paced to the individual.
Confidentiality
Where an engagement is sponsored by an employer or a parent, we agree at the outset what — if anything — is shared. It is limited to themes and progress, never content.
What is the difference between coaching and counselling here?
Coaching is forward-looking and goal-oriented — building specific capabilities and habits. Counselling gives structured space to work through what is in the way. Many engagements move between the two as needs change; we are explicit about which mode a session is in.
Who is the student personality coaching for?
School and college students working on communication, confidence, self-awareness, relationships and the transition into higher study or first work. Sessions are one-to-one and paced to the individual.
Do you offer coaching for working professionals and leaders?
Yes. One-to-one coaching for adults in or moving into leadership roles — focused on how they think, how they work with others, and how they convert intent into result.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. What is discussed in a session stays in the session. Where an engagement is sponsored by an employer or a parent, we agree at the outset what — if anything — is shared, and it is limited to themes and progress, never content.
How many sessions do people usually take?
There is no fixed package. We usually begin with a short block of sessions, review together, and continue only while it is useful.
