Brief Synopsis:
With 20 years of experience in Global Learning and Training and Development, Vidya brings strong operations, process and organization development bent of mind to comprehend business challenges into possible solutions which needs to be addressed using a ‘Strategic’ bent of mind. She has exposure in organization culture building, leadership styles, and organizational psychology. As an Executive Coach, a Freelance Trainer and a Motivational Speaker, Vidya has been able to enhance the learning of thousands of people, aiding them in becoming more efficient, productive and most importantly, more cohesive with their professional ecosystem.

Vidya began her career as a Centre Manager for Aptech, after handling Operations, finance and administration, she moved to Learning and Development and Human Resources. Vidya spent around 10 years handling various facets of the L&D and HR role at Mphasis an HP Company, there she also worked as an Infrastructure Program manager handling several key accounts across the globe simultaneously worked on OD projects and built the L&D processes attract and retain talent for offshore projects. Post Mphasis, she worked with SEARS, where her responsibility was OD, Talent Management and Employee Relations. Vidya then moved to Bangalore to join TESCO handling L&D for three business verticals before coming back to start on her own as a freelance trainer.

Vidya has a proven track record in developing leaders in Training and Operations in cross-functional, global set-ups, Process Consulting, Organization Transformation and Corporate Training. She has trained close to 48,000 People over the years in the areas of Process training, Performance Management, Soft Skills, Value Based Leadership Development, Management Principles, Team Building, training Teachers and Trainers. Well versed with Simulation Based training, designing E-Learning, performance management, HR policy and process documentation, designing and implementing anti sexual harassment Policy and setting committee and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Trainer and Vidya has also worked as Internal ISO & BS7799 Auditor.
